MASTER TRAVEL AGREEMENT

This Master Travel Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all travel services arranged by Infinite Blue Ventures LLC (“Infinite Blue Ventures”), operating under host agency Cornerstone Travel.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Infinite Blue Ventures acts solely as a booking agent for third-party suppliers and does not own or operate airlines, cruise lines, hotels, or tour operators.

SCOPE OF CONTRACT

Infinite Blue Ventures acts solely as a booking agent for third-party suppliers and does not own or operate airlines, cruise lines, hotels, or tour operators.

RISKS, CANCELLATIONS & INSURANCE

Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel including illness, pandemics, delays, supplier default, force majeure events, and acts of government. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

SERVICE FEES & NO REFUNDS

Planning and service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered except in cases of documented fraud.

GEORGIA ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Paulding County, Georgia pursuant to the Georgia Arbitration Code (O.C.G.A. §9-9-1 et seq.). Client waives the right to a jury trial or class action.

GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Venue for any permitted court proceedings shall lie solely in Paulding County, Georgia.

RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS

Client releases Infinite Blue Ventures LLC, Cornerstone Travel, and all suppliers from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

CRUISE & GROUP TRAVEL ADDENDUM

Cruise and group bookings may require non-refundable deposits and are governed by supplier rules.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE CONSENT

Client consents to electronic records and signatures pursuant to the E-SIGN Act.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By booking travel, Client agrees to this Master Agreement.
